Friedrichshain Park is yet another attraction that is worth a visit. This lovely park is Berlin’s oldest, and has been a popular refuge with locals for years. The park features a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere in the middle of the bustling city, with fields, trees, ponds and fountains. Tours are a particularly popular way to experience the many sites of Berlin. One can experience the city through bus tours, bicycle tours, guided walking tours or even aerial tours.
Berlins also features an excellent nightlife. There are many bars and clubs in the city that offer live music, dancing and an exciting atmosphere. Of course, no trip to Berlin would be complete without a visit to a traditional beer garden. The Schleusenkrug, located close to the city’s centre, is a classic and popular with visitors. This restaurant offers many delicious, traditional dishes. Berlin offers an excellent mixture between old-fashioned and up-and-coming, and is truly a unique destination in Europe.
